How Are You Feeling, Really?

This post has no redeeming business value – however, it’s all about you.

I’ve just returned from a fantastic, 5-day “Life Mastery” event that allowed me the opportunity to evaluate my health and lifestyle choices, among several other personal development areas.

Although I consider myself relatively healthy, as I exercise regularly, eat balanced meals and try to get enough sleep, I discovered that there is much more I can do to “add life to my years, and years to my life.”

Many of my friends, colleagues, clients, and connections (this is You) travel extensively, work long hours, and have extensive commitments to family, friends, faith and community. With all that is on our plates, sometimes we don’t listen when our bodies are telling us that something is off.

If you are experiencing regular physical pain, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, stomach problems or low energy, and you’ve not made time to get to a healthcare practitioner recently, please consider scheduling an appointment this week or next? Don’t do it for me; do it for your family.

This isn’t a paid commercial announcement for the healthcare profession. Instead, I recognize we sometimes prioritize everyone else but ourselves. There are many people that you love and care for that would like you around as long as possible.

Take care of your self.
